We proudly offer our guests a nostalgic trip to the past in a choice of charming cabins that are available in 3 sizes. Our cabins were built around the 1940’s, however we have added some of comforts of the present. Please see our Cabin Details page for more information. Our prices are competitive and our cabins are very clean. If you are looking for a kitchenette cabin near the beach, Fern Park Cabins is sure to please you. ALL of our cabins have kitchenettes. Small cabins have 1 double bed or 1 double and one twin bed & sleeps up to 2 -3 people. Medium cabins have 2 double beds in one room. Sleeps up to 4 people (in one room) Large cabins have 2 private bedrooms, one has a double bed and one has a double bed and a twin sized bed, Sleeps up to 5 people. Our largest cabin sleeps 5 people. If you have more than 5 people in your group you will need more than one cabin. All cabins have Air Conditioning, Color Cable TV, Some cabins have screened porches. Our swimming pool is 3 feet at the low end and 11 feet at the deep end. It is maintained very well. We do not have or offer cots. The cottages are rented by size and customer count and there is not room to add a cot. All cabins have kitchenettes that are equipped with: an appropriately sized refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, a toaster, tea pot, pots and pans, dishes, cups & glasses, cooking utensils, silverware, cutting board and can/bottle opener, dish soap, a brillo pad, trash bags, dish pans, dish racks, bath towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows & pillow cases, blankets, bath soap, dish soap, dish towel, dish cloth and toilet tissue. For your enjoyment, a private outdoor Jacuzzi is one of the many included features. The Living Room has a beautiful 14-foot high beam pine ceiling with lots of glass looking out into the forest. Amenities include family antiques, a gorgeous pine log dining room set, a 27" color cable TV & VCR with a large movie library, a CD & cassette stereo player, phone & large desk, and a standard futon bed. The breakfast nook in the sunroom starts your day off with the warmth of the rising sun shining through the trees, in through the large picture windows. This room has a standard hide-a-bed. In a turn, the hoof not only opens and closes, but because the horse lands on the inside part of its hoof, the hoof also rolls, twists and bends. I have proven beyond a doubt, that flexibility makes a horse run faster, jump higher, stay much sounder and interferes less.
